Since the establishment of Genenstar 1999 ,the company with its expert experiences in services and installation ,has supplied with the most advanced ,full scale systems of equipments and instruments to researchers and scientists in biology and medicine .

We have a team of top-notch hardware and software service person. The company has build a full function customer service center in order to help solve various problems which our customers might encounted .

With the objective of providing the highest quality Pre & Post-sale services to our customers, we regularly send our in-house application scientists and maintenance engineers for overseas trainings arranged by the suppliers. This training is necessary in making sure that we have sufficient technical knowledge to comprehensively answer customers' problems and inquiries efficiently.

We setup a IT division,focus on resell Scientific Digital Camera,special for Gel-Doc system,Microscope imaging, medical imaging...We sell  the video image  module systems, software ,high speed and high resolution camera etc. We professionally manages the image processing, medical image, industry inspector, security inspector, module analysis,scientific research etc
